The Croation Islands north of Split present an amazing visual spectacle of rare unspoilt beaty to sail amongst. From islands of bleak lunar landscapes to lushly vegetated coves with small pockets of civilisation, this really is the area in which to find peace and quiet. One or two week (or longer) cruises can be organised here.

Meet the yacht in one of the many small marinas around Split. After settling in and unpacking, we could start the week with a gentle sail to anchor overnight in one of the many pretty covers that surround Split. Dinner onboard. Alternatively, we could moor on the quaywall at Trogir and soak up the atmosphere of this walled town, before taking dinner ashore in Split.
DAY 1 - TROGIR /SPLIT
After a leisurely breakfast onboard, we set sail to head north and cover the 30 or so miles to Krka National Park, passing Sibenik at the mouth of the river. We will anchor outside the little village of Skradin in plenty of time to visit the waterfalls at the top of the river. A taxi can be arranged to transport your party 10 minutes inland to the winery of Mr. Babic. A wine tasting of his exclusive vineyard's produce can be arranged, with food presented which best suits his wines.
DAY 2 - KRKA NATIONAL PARK
Leisurely sail in the morning to the island of Kaprije where we will stop for lunch at anchor. Take a swim in the bay or just relax onboard. After lunch we head to the National Park of the Kornati Islands to anchor for the evening in a bay of one of the smaller islands to the south west of Otok Kornat. Dinner onboard.

DAY 2 - KRKA NATIONAL PARK
DAY 3 - KORNATI ISLANDS

Spend the day cruising around the multitude of islets on the west side of Kornat swimming, snorkelling or just soaking up the sun. Lunch onboard. This evening we will pick up a mooring buoy on the south side of Otok Katina. Dinner can be arranged ashore at a restaurant whose house speciality is Lobster Spaghetti (you choose your own lobster!) Alternatively, we could continue for a few miles further north to Telascica Bay, Dugi Otok and visit the renowned restaurant of Goro (Haute Cuisine)
DAY 4 - TELASCICA BAY
After breakfast, we cruise through the tiny channel separating Dugi Otok and Otok Katina to make our way to the east side of the national park and cruise north, keeping the Dugi Otok National Park on our port. Stop for lunch at anchor and swim off the back of the boat. Tonight is spent at anchor in a little bay that separates the islands of Molat and Ist. Dinner onboard.
DAY 5 - DUGI OTOK
After breakfast, we continue our journey north leaving the national park and passing the islands of Silba and Olib before anchoring for lunch in one of the little coves on the tiny island of Ilovik for lunch and watersports. Afternoon sail to Mali Losinj, where the excellent fish restaurant of Barracuda is highly recommended. Night spend in Marina.
DAY 6 - MALI LOSINJ
DAY 4 - TELASCICA BAY
DAY 5 - DUGI OTOK
DAY 6 - MALI LOSINJ

Today we leave the Dalmation Islands and head north west to the mainland coast of Istria, with lunch taken at sea! We are heading for the Brijuni Islands, which lie just of the western coast of Istria. The Brijuni Islands were President Tito's private islands and have only recently been open to the public. We will be on the quay wall here, giving you plenty of time ashore to discover Tito's private playground, before taking dinner in Restaurant Galinja which overlooks the quay.
DAY 7 - BRIJUNI ISLANDS
After breakfast we head for our final destination of Rovinj, which is an artist's paradise. Originally an island hillock, the Italian influenced streets are crammed with artists studios, ideal for finding those little momento's of your trip. Suggest the best airport for you to depart from would be Pula, which is 1/2 hour taxi ride away.
